Job Title: BI Solutions Architect

Position Summary:
MARS TECHNOMINDS is seeking an experienced BI Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data architecture, BI tools, and stakeholder collaboration, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end BI and analytics solutions across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI frameworks.
- Lead the development of data models, data warehouses, and reporting solutions.
- Define best practices, standards, and governance for BI development and data management.
- Oversee ETL/ELT processes and ensure data quality, integrity, and performance optimization.
- Work closely with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Analysts to deliver high-quality dashboards and reports.
- Evaluate and recommend BI tools, technologies, and platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to BI teams.
- Ensure alignment with cloud and enterprise architecture strategies.
- Support CI/CD processes for BI deployments and automation.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Analytics.
- Proven experience as a BI Architect or Solutions Architect.
- Strong expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas).
- Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance data architectures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Certifications in cloud or BI technologies (preferred).
