We are looking for associates who have confidence and an exceptional ability to multitask, identify issues, and think outside the box when evaluating cases. You will work directly with a senior partner while also managing an independent caseload.

Your job duties include:
- Independently handle caseload
- Appear in Court
- Draft motions including motions for summary judgment
- Conduct depositions
- Draft litigation updates to insurance carriers
- Communicate with clients
Requirements:
- New York bar license
- Team player with excellent organization and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well with a variety of personalities and people
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Organized and self-motivated
- Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Salary is commensurate with experience.
