Putting on your favorite tunes and taking care of people while getting a good sweat is what makes our days FLY BY. We love home maintenance, and helping our community get their time back by taking care of the small things most homeowners cant -or dont have time to do.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Execute a Task List: Every property has a unique and detailed plan. You will follow a digital task list tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Maintain Standards: Use our established processes to ensure high-quality results in every home, every time.
Self-Management: You are responsible for your timing and your execution. We provide the road-map and tools; you drive the results.
Systems Improvement: If a task list is inefficient, you tell us. We use your feedback to improve the system.
SCHEDULE & FLEXIBILITY
Hours: 8:00 AM to no later than 2:30 PM (Part-time, at least one day per week).
Predictability: You will always know exactly what is expected of you before you walk through the door.
Seasonal and temp friendly: Looking for something just for your "off season" or to pick up a day here or there? We love that!
REQUIREMENTS
- System-Oriented: You prefer working within a structure and following established rules.
- Reliability: You show up when you say you will. Our system depends on your consistency.
- Smartphone Proficiency: Must be able to access and complete digital task lists via mobile app.
- Pet Friendly: Most of our homes have cats, dogs or other fun friends! You must be okay with, and safe around our buddies in order to thrive here.
NO CAR REQUIRED.
ALWAYS TRAVEL WITH A TEAM.
USE OUR TOOLS, OUR SUPPLIES.
We start at 18/hr with NO EXPERIENCE, travel time paid at half rate.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
