Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong background in fine dining environments
- Extensive culinary experience with skills in cooking, food preparation, and food service management
- Demonstrated supervising experience leading teams within the food industry or hospitality sector
- Knowledge of banquet operations, catering services, and dietary department standards
- Familiarity with inventory management, cost control, and kitchen experience including food handling and safety protocols
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate staff and ensure high performance
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
