We are seeking a dedicated and outgoing Rehabilitation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and assisting in the rehabilitation process. This position offers an opportunity to work in a clinic setting and contribute to the well-being of patients undergoing rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Support patients with exercises, mobility, and activities of daily living
- Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
- Maintain a clean and organized rehabilitation environment
- Ensure patient safety during therapy sessions
- Vitals, ROM testing, X-rays
Qualifications
- Familiarity with medical terminology and hospital medicine practices (recommended but not required)
- Ability to provide excellent patient service with compassion and empathy
- Understanding of orthopedics and physiology knowledge is a plus (recommended but not required)
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
