Overview
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Bartender/Server to join our team. This hybrid role combines bartending and table service responsibilities, ensuring guests receive exceptional food and beverage experiences from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and spirits, ensuring consistency with established recipes and presentation standards.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS and process transactions efficiently while handling cash and card payments securely.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills to ensure prompt service.
- Assist with beverage recipe development and suggest new drink ideas to enhance the menu offerings.
- Support bar management in inventory control, restocking supplies, and tracking sales to optimize operations.
Skills
- Extensive experience with POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail mixing, mixology techniques, wine varieties, spirits, and beverage recipe creation.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining environment.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and sanitation practices within the hospitality industry.

Pay: $6.23 - $8.16 per hour
