Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Custodians and Floor Technicians to join our dynamic facilities team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments across our facilities.
Available Shifts:
- Custodian: M-F, 7am-3pm, 11am-3pm & 4pm-8pm
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Execute floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance
- Conduct industrial cleaning duties such as deep cleaning of large spaces.
- Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and ensure proper storage and usage of cleaning products in compliance with safety standards
- Follow established safety procedures during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or hazards
- Document completed tasks and report any facility issues or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
