Qualifications:
- Currently live within a 40 mile radius of Norwood Young America
- 1 year minimum climbing experience
- 1 year minimum Aerial lift experience
- ISA arborist preferred but not required
- Good understanding in tree care safety standards
- Knowledgeable in intermediate and advanced rigging techniques
- Good communication and leadership skills with a strong emphasis on teaching and mentoring
- Attention to detail
- Customer satisfaction
- Valid drivers license
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to obtain CPR certificate
- Ability to lift 80lbs.
Responsibilities:
- Safely perform all removal and pruning tasks per work order efficiently to company and customer satisfaction
- Display Positive attitude and teamwork
- Assessing job site safety and recognizing work hazards
- Inspect and assess tree health, risks and provide recommendations
- Tree Identification
- Equipment Maintenance such as chain saws, blowers, trucks, and trailers.
- Climbing and rigging inspection

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
