Industrial Maintenance Technician

You’re the go-to person for technical troubleshooting, installation, repair, and maintenance of complex machinery and systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Preventative Maintenance: Develop, implement, and execute maintenance programs for production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose, repair, or replace malfunctioning electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components (e.g., motors, relays, switches, rollers, pumps).
- Electrical Systems: Install, test, and maintain electrical systems, including connecting power supply wires, diagnosing faults, and ensuring proper operation.
- Equipment Repair: Utilize schematics and manuals to address mechanical issues and restore equipment functionality.
- Breakdown Analysis: Investigate unexpected machinery breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Facility Maintenance: Perform maintenance on facility systems, including air and water filters, valves, and related components, coordinating with external vendors as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance system reliability and production efficiency.
- Collaboration: Provide technical support and leadership to address equipment troubleshooting and modifications.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years in an industrial maintenance environment with proven expertise in preventative/predictive maintenance procedures.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in repairing and maintaining electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, with the ability to interpret schematics and equipment manuals.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends, to meet production and facility demands.
- Independence: Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision while adhering to safety and quality standards.
