The Role:
As an Account Services Specialist, you’ll work closely with our Account Services Manager to support sourcing, quoting, and special projects that help bring our clients’ visions to life. If you're detail-driven, creative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source promotional products and prepare accurate, compelling quotes
- Assist with special projects to support client programs and internal teams
- Create polished presentations using PowerPoint
- Compile pricing and product data using Excel
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and vendor partners
- Use industry software to research and recommend products
- This is fully in office, you must be able to report to work in office daily.
What You Bring:
- A creative mindset and passion for branded merchandise
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with poise
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Prior experience is great, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
