Full Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Mobile Tire Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to customers’ locations to provide tire services and basic roadside assistance.
The ideal candidate has experience working with tires, can work independently, and is committed to providing professional and dependable service.
Responsibilities
- Change and replace tires
- Repair flat tires and install tire plugs
- Rotate tires
- Perform vehicle jump-starts
- Inspect tires for damage, wear, and safety concerns
- Travel to customers’ homes, workplaces, and roadside locations
- Properly maintain tools, equipment, and the company service vehicle
- Follow all company and roadside safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Accurately document completed service calls and collect payments when required
Qualifications
- Previous tire-service, automotive, or roadside-assistance experience preferred
- Knowledge of tire changes, tire plugs, tire rotations, and jump-starts
- Valid driver’s license with a clean and insurable driving record
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Ability to safely lift and handle tires and equipment
- Must have a reliable phone and be responsive during scheduled hours
- Must be available Monday through Friday and every other Saturday
Compensation
- Base pay of $100–$125 per day, based on experience
- Additional incentives available based on completed service calls and performance
- Opportunity to earn additional income as the company grows
Work Environment
This is a mobile position requiring travel throughout the service area. Work is performed outdoors and may involve roadside conditions, varying weather, lifting, bending, standing, and working around vehicles.
