About the Role
Experienced Electrical Foreman needed to lead field crews on industrial and commercial projects. Hands-on leadership role responsible for safety, crew coordination, quality control, and on-schedule delivery in a high-focus, productive environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all activities comply with company safety policies, OSHA standards, applicable electrical codes, and NFPA requirements
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforces all safety policies
- Supervise and direct a crew of journeymen and apprentices
- Coordinate daily work assignments and monitor progress
- Ensure work complies with NEC, drawings, and project specifications
- Communicate with project managers on scheduling, materials, and manpower
- Troubleshoot issues in the field and provide technical guidance
Requirements
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations; OSHA 30 Certification is a plus
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience, including supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read plans, specs, and one-line diagrams
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel between job sites
