Brivo is seeking a Shipping Clerk I to join our Warehouse Operations team. This is an entry-level position with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The Shipping Clerk I works closely with the Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, and Customer Operations teams to ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner.
This position plays an important role in delivering a positive customer experience by ensuring shipments are accurate, properly packaged, and processed efficiently. As Brivo continues to grow, this role offers opportunities for advancement into Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

Pick customer orders accurately using packing lists or shipping documentation.
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Prepare shipments using approved shipping carriers and software.
- Verify order quantities, product numbers, and shipping information before shipment.
- Label packages and prepare shipping documentation.
- Stage completed shipments for carrier pickup.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and update warehouse systems as required.
- Assist with inventory movement and restocking shipping supplies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping area.
- Follow established shipping procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support Warehouse Operations and Inventory Control teams with daily operational needs.
- Assist with receiving and other warehouse tasks as business needs require.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- 0–1 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures consistently.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse management and shipping systems.
- Experience using shipping software or handheld scanners is a plus but not required.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
