Description: The ideal applicant will have experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, including construction and the use of rental properties. As a portfolio lender, our lending strategy is more asset-driven than the credit-driven approach commonly used by banks. Therefore, we are looking for an underwriter who takes a holistic approach to his or her job. Candidate must hold a Bachelors degree and have 2+ years of underwriting experience.
