We are NOT training anyone. We are looking for closers who already know how to work an insurance claim from inspection to check in hand.
What this role actually is:
- You inspect the roof yourself. You get up there.
- You meet with the adjuster on site.
- You read the Xactimate estimate, find what's missing, and write the supplement.
- You close the homeowner and shepherd the file through the process.
- You get paid when the job gets done — and it pays extremely well.
You must already have:
- 2+ years of residential insurance restoration roofing sales
- Proven ability to identify storm damage and document it for an adjuster
- Hands-on experience walking roofs and writing inspection reports
- Working knowledge of Xactimate or ability to read and dispute estimates
- History of working directly with insurance adjusters (private and CAT)
- Active sales track record — we verify production
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, must be able to climb a ladder
- Currently living in VA, MD, or DC — no relocation candidates
