Overview
We are looking for a Shop Associate that can assist with manufacturing operations in a metal fabrication environment. The ideal candidate will be able to produce high quality products that meet job specifications.
Requirements
- Clean metal parts by grinding and deburring to ensure final products are free of defects
- Assist with assembling and fabricating metal products using various hand tools and power tools
- Operate forklift and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move material throughout the facility
- Assist with shipping and receiving by packing orders in boxes or on skids as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Always follow safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Familiarity with assembly and metal fabrication a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- Pay starting at $15-17 per hour with possibility of pay increase after 90 day probationary period
- PTO and paid holidays after 90 days

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
