Momi Land Indoor Playground is a kids play center and party venue for kids 8 and under. Momi Land strives to provide a fun, safe, and clean facility for families to enjoy. Momi Land was founded in 2019 and currently operations in three locations in Columbus. We pride ourselves on our unique play features and our cleanliness.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Store Manager to join our management team! We are a small team with lots of room for career growth as we grow the business. This position will focus on overseeing the day to day operations of the store and ensure we continue to provide exceptional experience for our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
-Ensuring the daily operations are running smoothly (checking customers in, arranging staff breaks, organizing store space, handle inventory and re-stocking needs)
-Ensure exceptional customer service for all guests
-Assist with scheduling shifts and arranging back up coverage for staff call offs
-Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints
-Train new team members and provide coaching/feedback to current team members
-Ensure that the store is maintained to the standard level of cleanliness as outlined in the employee handbook, and that opening/closing tasks are completed
-Communicate with management on the status of store operations, and provide feedback/ideas for improvement to management
Qualifications:
-3 years experience as store manager in a retail store or similar business
-Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the environment
-A humble and scrappy get-it-done mindset, able to be hands on with things like using a screwdriver, unclogging a toilet.
-Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members of different personalities
-Ability to coordinate and delegate tasks to team members while balancing workloads and maintaining team cohesiveness
-Able to de-escalate conflicts and handle stressful situations that arise
-Availability to work full days on weekends, candidates who can work both weekend days preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
