Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Mukilteo, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, improve, and document manufacturing processes for metal fabrication and production operations
- Analyze workflow, labor utilization, tooling, and production methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures
- Support CNC machining, welding, forming, cutting, and assembly operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a fabrication or metalworking environment
- Experience with welding, machining, sheet metal fabrication, or industrial manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing documentation
- Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
