Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and food service, with experience in restaurant or catering settings preferred. Responsibilities
- Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards
- Assist with bussing tables by clearing plates, silverware, and glassware promptly and efficiently
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic kitchen assistance and ingredient handling
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing tables and chairs
- Ensure all work areas are kept organized and sanitary throughout shifts
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling, cleaning procedures, and safety standards is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or special event days as needed
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in culinary and hospitality settings
