A driven, organized, relational leader who can inspire and grow people to connect in the mission of 12Stone. This leader will be passionate about building systems and leading volunteers and volunteer teams to create an excellent experience during weekend services, campus events, small groups, and 12Stone’s assimilation process.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide primary leadership to the Campus Spiritual Formation Team
- Lead and oversee the Campus Spiritual Formation Systems & Processes

Provide primary leadership to Growth Track

Provide primary leadership to ReEngage

Provide primary leadership to Campus small group and discipleship ministries

Oversee the development, care, and equipping of new and existing Small Group Leaders and Coaches

Oversee the Campus Spiritual Formation Budget

Provide staff development, guidance, and accountability (directly and indirectly) to Campus Spiritual Formation Residents

Management of Paycom and staff schedules for all direct reports.

General Campus Staff Responsibilities (Campus Events, Lobby Pastor, POC, etc)

General Pastoral Responsibilities (Baptisms, Weddings, Funerals, Hospital Visits, etc)

Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3+ years of experience in ministry.
- A leader of teams with a strong interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills.
- Must possess a developed Christian maturity and model Christian character at work, home, and social life.
