Our Entry Level Team Members are at the forefront of our consumer communications and play an integral role in our overall success.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Team Member:
- Regularly follow up with select customers and ensure any questions or concerns are adequately addressed
- Train directly with seasoned Team Members and our management staff to develop best practices and master the basics of the entry-level role
- Master all client product knowledge to be able to educate consumers and suggest products and/or services that meet their needs and wants
- Use our POS system to build up consumer/service product packages and close sales when needed
- Display mastery of the entry-level Entry Level Team Members position by training newer representatives and team members
- Attend and participate in daily team meetings and contribute ideas towards bettering customer service efforts
Requirements of the Entry Level Team Members:
- Experience in Communications, Business, or other related fields is preferred, but not required
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in customer service or a different consumer-facing environment
- Proficient communication skills to communicate effectively with consumers as well as internally with the team

Pay: $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week
