Priority Financial is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Wisconsin. In this role, you will work directly with local businesses, building strong relationships with business owners, HR Directors, and General Managers to introduce valuable employee benefit solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your designated territory.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with business owners, HR Directors, General Managers, and their teams.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to highlight the value of our benefit programs.
- Evaluate client needs and recommend customized solutions that best fit their organization.
- Negotiate agreements, close sales, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Stay informed on industry developments, compliance standards, and product offerings.
- Provide ongoing service and support to clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
Qualifications
- Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable presenting to executives and conducting professional sales presentations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a pipeline of prospects.
