All applicants need to have a basic understanding of industrial sewing machines (threading, changing needles, rethreading bobbins, etc), sergers, and how to operate them safely in order to produce well made products. Good hand eye coordination. Applicants need a basic knowledge of different types of fabrics. Must be reliable, detail oriented, and ready to work for a growing company. Must have the ability to work under time constaints. Will train for the first few weeks, then applicant must demonstrate the ability to work independently going forward.
