Senior Family Law Attorney

Boyd Law APC is a premier California family law and civil litigation firm with five offices statewide. We are seeking a seasoned, litigation-ready Senior Family Law Attorney to join our Orange County office and take on a leadership role within the firm.
Responsibilities
∙ Independently manage a complex family law caseload from inception through resolution
∙ Represent clients in hearings, trials, and court appearances
∙ Take and defend depositions
∙ Draft and argue motions, declarations, RFOs, and high-stakes pleadings
∙ Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with paralegals and support staff
∙ Maintain billable hour expectations in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Qualifications
∙ Active California State Bar license in good standing (required)
∙ Minimum 7+ years of family law experience (required)
∙ Extensive courtroom and trial experience (required)
∙ Deposition experience (required)
∙ Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) preferred
∙ Clio experience a plus
∙ Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills
Compensation & Benefits
∙ $200,000-$300,000 annually, commensurate with experience
∙ 50% employer-contributed medical insurance
∙ IRA with employer contributions
∙ Three weeks PTO (accrued)
