Experienced Residential Remodel Carpenter
$28.00–$35.00 per Hour DOE | Full-Time | Year-Round Employment

This is NOT an Entry-Level Position.
RichCo LLC is a growing general contractor specializing in high-quality residential remodeling, structural repairs, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, siding, and insurance restoration throughout Snohomish County.
We are looking for an experienced remodel carpenter who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and is committed to producing high-quality work every day.

What You'll Do
Our projects vary daily and require a well-rounded carpenter who is comfortable performing work such as:
- Structural framing
- Finish carpentry
- Door and window installation
- Deck construction and repairs
- Siding installation and repair
- Drywall hanging and repairs
- Interior and exterior painting
- Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, tile)
- Rot repair
- Demolition and remodel preparation
- Reading plans and following project specifications
- Working independently or alongside a Field Lead
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional jobsite
Minimum Qualifications
Please apply only if you meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential construction experience (10+ years preferred)
- Strong experience in residential remodeling—not just new construction
- Proficient in multiple trades
- Able to complete tasks independently without constant supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Reliable transportation with clean driving record
- Able to lift 75 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading crews or mentoring apprentices
- Blueprint reading
- Structural repair experience
- Deck and siding expertise
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
- First Aid/CPR Certification
Compensation & Benefits
- $28.00–$35.00 per hour DOE
- Full-time, year-round employment

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
