RSR Human Service Zone is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Customer Support Specialist in Forman, North Dakota
This position is open to current RSR Human Service Zone Team Members only.
RSR Human Service Zone partners with the Department of Health and Human Services to deliver exceptional human service programs to our community. RSR is seeking an Administrative Assistant Customer Support Specialist for the Economic Assistance Department.
RSR Human Service Zone provides economic assistance eligibility determination and child welfare services to the citizens of Ransom, Sargent and Richland County. This position will provide administrative support to include front desk coverage, billing for services, as well as receiving, screening and uploading applications for economic assistance. This position frequently interacts with the public and serves as a liaison between county, zone and DHHS fiscal operations.
To succeed in this position, you should have strong verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy, collaboration, and decision-making skills. You will also need to be comfortable working with all types of software and database applications, with a willingness to learn new technology programs. You will keep and maintain detailed records, subject to frequent audits.
An ideal candidate for this position will be organized and able to communicate effectively with diverse populations. You will have an eye for detail, be able to manage your time and priorities effectively and pride yourself on excellent communication skills, empathy, and being a team player. You will have a passion for helping others and making a difference in our community.
This position is not eligible for telecommuting and requires in-office presence.
To be considered for this role:
You must have an associate's degree with emphasis in office-related functions or customer service and one year of experience or one of the following:

High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of customer service-related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
