Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Boiler Technician/Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing boiler systems and plumbing components in various industrial and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure our clients’ systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably, contributing to our reputation for excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on boilers, plumbing systems, and related equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Install new boiler units, piping, valves, pumps, and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems according to specifications.
- Diagnose mechanical problems using specialized tools and techniques; implement corrective actions promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes during all installation and maintenance activities.
- Provide exceptional field service support by responding quickly to client requests and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system conditions for ongoing maintenance planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a boiler technician or plumber with strong mechanical knowledge of industrial systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately to guide repairs and installations.
- Hands-on experience with boiler systems, pumps, valves, piping installation, and HVAC components.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Valid technical certifications or licenses related to plumbing or mechanical work preferred.

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
