Compensation: Up to $100,000/year (Full-Time) | $95-$100/hour (Part-Time)

We are actively hiring multiple Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) throughout Georgia to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Whether you are a newly certified BCBA or an experienced clinician, this opportunity offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, mentorship, and manageable caseloads.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Analyze treatment data and adjust programming as needed
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members
Qualifications
- Active BCBA Certification
- Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must currently reside in Georgia
