• Minimum 10 years of experience in Appian projects. • Proficient in no-code/low-code BPM solutions like Appian. • Extensive experience in BPM application development. • Excellent knowledge of core BPM concepts, records, interfaces, process models, deployments using pipelines, integrations, and Web APIs. • Experience working with different BPM object types, query rules, constant rules, and expression rules Experience leading Appian development teams Knowledge of Appian platform essentials and suite of capabilities Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications, specifically Appian Experience with software delivery methodologies such as agile/scrum Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products Can operate independently or with minimum supervision Excellent Written and Communication Skills Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
