Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain project timelines and budget.

Ensure adherence to Department of Buildings (DOB) codes and regulations throughout all project phases.

Review project plans and specifications to ensure proper implementation on-site.

Manage and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship and materials.

Prepare and submit progress reports to project stakeholders and upper management.

Promote and enforce a culture of safety and compliance on the construction site.
