We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Parking Operations in MCGHEE TYSON AIRPORT, Knoxville, TN. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a sizeable portfolio of the business, with a strong focus on client retention, client satisfaction, business development, team development, leadership, human resources management, P&L analysis, operational planning, communication, and financial management. This position is ideal for a leader with a proven track record in the parking industry who can drive growth and operational efficiency.

Leadership: Lead by example, instilling a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. Drive the company's vision and values.
- Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to maintain and increase client retention rates. Ensure that clients receive excellent service and address any concerns promptly.
- Client Satisfaction: Foster a culture of exceptional client service. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams. Create and execute business development plans to expand the client base and increase profitability.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, setting clear goals and expectations.
- P&L Analysis: Analyze financial data to make informed decisions regarding budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation. Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient and effective parking management. Continuously improve operational processes.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Financial Management: Manage financial resources efficiently, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.
- Human Resources Oversight: Support and coordinate HR functions including staffing, employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance to ensure operational efficiency and workforce alignment.

3-5 years of experience in real estate management and/or the parking industry preferred.
- Experience on airport parking logistics preferred
- Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze financial data.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented.
- Leadership and team-building abilities.
- Proven record of accomplishment in meeting or exceeding established sales targets.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze situations or issues, determine options, and select the most effective solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to accommodate unexpected situations.
- Strong communication and business writing skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external parties.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for a large client base, yet a smaller personalized work environment.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in account management
- Valid Driver license with good driving record
- Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
