Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for building and construction. This role involves various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. A background in construction or related fields is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assembling scaffolding.
- Mixing mortar.
- Distributing materials.
- General jobsite housekeeping.
- Loading/unloading trucks.
- Demolition.
- Maintaining equipment.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; we value a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in construction is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors.
Must have drivers license, and reliable transportation. Must have or being willing to attain OSHA 10 Certification.
