As a Customer Service Representative with Linda DeSpain - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Our Agency is ranked in the TOP 100 Producing Agencies in the USA out of some 19,000 State Farm Agencies. We also promote from within and we have helped many of Our Team Members gain their own State Farm Agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Process request for quotes
- Cross sell and up sell P&C, Life, Health and Financial Products
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must have some insurance experience
- Must have Texas General Lines License - both P&C and Life/Health
This is a remote position.
