Black Sheep Craft Kitchen is a family-owned restaurant specializing in Polish-American cuisine. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dependable and motivated Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Complete daily food prep and station setup
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner service
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and receiving deliveries
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a great customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
- Weekend availability preferred

- Food Handler Certification (Required)
