Reach Higher ABA is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. We are a startup ABA company built on strong clinical values, collaboration, and high-quality care. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a daycare setting and in-home
Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and document data on client progress using CentralReach (experience required)
Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client success
Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment during therapy sessions
Pay Range: $20–$26/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 20–25 hours per week
Schedule:
Location: Salt Lake City area, Utah
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
At least 3–6 months of experience as an RBT
CentralReach experience required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions
