Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Travel LPN/LVN – Medical Surgical Telemetry nurse for a 13-week night shift assignment. The LPN will provide care for adult and geriatric patients on a complex medical-surgical telemetry unit, supporting patients with complex medical conditions, orthopedic overflow needs, and long-term care requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong acute care experience, telemetry knowledge, IV therapy skills, and the ability to manage a diverse patient population while collaborating closely with RNs and interdisciplinary teams.

- Days: 1:5
- Nights: 1:6
- Weekends: 1:5
- Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics
- Daily Census: Approximately 38 patients
- Unit Beds: 39
Requirements
- Active New York State LPN License required (NY is not a compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience (acute care experience within the last 2 years required)
- Previous charge nurse experience required
- Travel nursing experience required
- Epic charting experience required
- BLS certification required
- Must be able to independently manage patient assignments with RN support
Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,200.00 per week
