Position Summary
The Fulfillment & Shipping Specialist is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining exceptional organization throughout our inventory and fulfillment operations. This person plays a critical role in creating an outstanding customer experience by ensuring every order is shipped accurately, beautifully packaged, and on time.
We are looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, pays close attention to detail, and takes ownership of their work.
ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment
- Pick products accurately from inventory
- Verify order accuracy before packing
- Package orders to company presentation standards
- Print shipping labels
- Ship orders using Shopify and shipping software
- Meet daily shipping deadlines
- Prioritize rush and expedited orders
Inventory
- Notify management of low inventory
- Assist with inventory counts
- Maintain organized storage locations
Quality Control
- Inspect jewelry for defects before shipment
- Verify correct charms, chains, bracelets, and accessories
- Ensure personalized and engraved items are correct
- Double-check gift messages and special instructions
Shipping & Logistics
- Process USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipments
- Package wholesale orders
- Prepare corporate activation shipments
- Maintain shipping supplies
- Assist with returns processing
Organization
- Keep fulfillment areas clean and organized
- Follow inventory procedures
- Maintain packing stations
