Senior Siding Installer

We’re looking for a Senior Siding Installer to join our exterior construction team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys leading crews, and can deliver high‑quality siding installations across residential and light‑commercial projects. You’ll be the go‑to expert on‑site, working under a Crew Leader—solving problems and ensuring every home looks exceptional.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day includes:
- Morning briefing — Review the day’s plan with the Crew Lead.
- Hands‑on installation — Install siding panels, trim, flashing, and weather barriers with precision and speed.
- Quality checks — Inspect alignment, fasteners, seams, and moisture protection throughout the day.
- Customer touchpoints — Provide brief updates, explain progress, and set expectations for the next steps.

What You Bring
- 2+ years of construction experience, SIDING (REQUIRED)
- Experience with hand and power tools (REQUIRED)
- Ability to read blueprints or follow written/oral instructions
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and handle outdoor conditions
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities
Work Environment
- Mostly outdoors
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM – summer/winter hours may vary
- Occasional extended hours or weekends when needed
- Fast‑paced, team‑oriented, and quality‑driven
