Join a well- Established construction company in White Marsh that is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accountant. This is an opportunity to take ownership of critical accounting and administrative functions while working alongside leadership in a collaborative, team-first culture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Enter and process invoices accurately and efficiently
- Support job costing and project accounting activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end activities
- Utilize Excel to track data, reconcile information, and improve reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve processes using established SOPs and playbooks
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of accounting, AP/AR, or construction accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Sage accounting experience is preferred but can be taught
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
