Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Journeyman Plumber to join our team. This position primarily involves residential plumbing service, repair, installation, and remodeling work. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and can confidently handle jobs independently.
Duties
- Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations
- Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate repairs
- Install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, piping, fixtures, and other plumbing systems
- Perform plumbing work for residential remodels and renovations
- Complete work in accordance with applicable plumbing codes and safety standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain recommended repairs when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and service vehicle
- Properly document completed work and materials used
- Work independently while also assisting other team members when needed
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license
- Previous residential plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of current plumbing codes and proper installation practices
- Valid driver's license and reliable driving record
- Ability to safely lift and carry plumbing materials, equipment, and tools
- Dependable, punctual, and able to manage jobs independently
- Professional and respectful when working in customers' homes
- Ability to work well as part of a small team
We’re looking for someone who knows the trade, does quality work, and can be trusted to take care of our customers. The right person will be dependable, hardworking, and comfortable handling everyday residential plumbing calls from diagnosis through completion.
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
