Behind every successful project is a strong office team, and we're looking for an Administrative Assistant who can be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. HomeRx is a family-owned insulation and energy-efficiency company serving homeowners throughout the Pacific Northwest and continuing to grow.
In this role, you'll be the first voice our customers hear and the organizational force that keeps our projects moving. You'll coordinate schedules, support our production team, communicate with customers, manage administrative tasks, and help create an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling and inquiries
- Coordinate appointments and manage daily schedules
- Create jobs and proposals within company systems
- Maintain customer records and update databases accurately
- Communicate with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects moving
- Compile and process project documentation
- Assist with payroll, timecard verification, and administrative reporting
- Support office operations and perform additional administrative duties as needed
Required Skills/Abilities:
- SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION - Work in a construction environment, with and around insulation of all types
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for travel between job sites
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
- A strong communicator who can confidently interact with homeowners, contractors, and team members
- Skilled at problem-solving and making sound decisions when schedules change or unexpected issues arise
- Able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer and company information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and eager to learn new software and systems
- Dependable, adaptable, and motivated to support a growing team
- Comfortable working with schedules, documents, payroll information, and job-related data with a high degree of accuracy
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in both an office environment and on active residential construction job sites
- Ability to drive to job sites throughout the service area to conduct project walkthroughs, verify work completion, review work orders, and identify discrepancies or missing items
- Ability to walk on uneven terrain, navigate construction areas, and climb stairs as needed during site visits
- Must be comfortable working around construction materials, tools, equipment, and active jobsite conditions while following all company safety policies
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods during inspections and project reviews
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of administrative experience required
- Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus, not required
- Bonus points if you have experience in construction, home services, weatherization, HVAC, insulation, or related trades
Compensation Package:
- $22-$25/hour DOE
- Overtime is allowed but must be approved beforehand by manager
