Primary Responsibilities and Function
- Supervises workers assigned to crew
- Competency in general construction trades
- Ensure safety of all workers on jobsite
- Maintains a high standard of work ethic
- Ensures a high standard of quality
- Must have reliable transportation
- Communicate with clients
Knowledge and Skills
- Attention to detail and high quality of workmanship
- Ability to travel for work as needed
- Communicate effectively with management
Physical Demand
- Extensive standing, walking, stooping, handling and grasping with repetitive motions.
- Lifting 50 LBS or greater
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
Required Experience
- Concrete Restoration/Waterproofing/Tuckpointing: 3 Years Minimum
- Construction: 5 Years Minimum
