Customer Support Analyst
- Expert level using Excel

Analytical thinker and technical troubleshooter

Manage distribution sales orders through all order statuses

Order entry; accurately and in a timely manner.

Calculate EA to CS quantities.

Understand credits and returns.

Manage freight charges.
-
Schedule shipping dates.
-
Send shipping notices.

Ensure orders are verified and in picking status.
-
Working relationship with shipping and transportation.

Invoice shipped orders timely.
-
Build relationships with customers.
-
Customer setup as needed.
-
Understand "Bill to" and "Ship to" relationships.

Understand distributors, dealers, hardware, etc.
-
Partner with sales force for customer requests.

Understand private packaging order processing.
-
Manage customer service phones and email boxes.
-
Cross train for all department tasks.
-
Computer and math skills required.
-
Multi-tasking and customer service oriented.
High School or equivalent
Experience preferred, great attitude required
