Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the food truck, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage a team of food truck staff.
- Monitor inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including equipment, storage areas, and workstations
Experience
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is required
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
-Clean drivers license
-Experience driving trailers and/or large vehicles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Culinary background or experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
