Duration & Type: 12+ months Contract with a major utility industry client
Location: White Plains, New York
Responsibilities:
- Kyriba Treasury Management system experience required. SAP financial systems environment helpful.
- Lead project initiatives and collaborate on decisions related to design and build out of the exiting Treasury Management System (TMS).
- Provide system configuration support for Kyriba and related module(s), which includes making changes to system rules, formulas, algorithms and attributes; preparing and maintaining test scripts, transferring changes to quality assurance environment and testing changes to ensure accuracy.
- Support the Investment portfolio and identify a module or add on to accommodate the monitoring and reporting requirements around our portfolio. Support internal and external system end-users in identifying and resolving system-related problems as necessary.
- Develop reporting structures and business objects, including ad hoc queries and reports from our TMS and potentially link to SAP. Work directly with technical staff to define requirements for required changes.
- Provide support to large governmental customers for electronic data file transfers and help to establish and roll out a data base system for our Project Finance and Energy Efficiency file sharing requirements.
- Provide support to system end-users in identifying and resolving system-related problems as necessary.
Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Systems Engineering or related business discipline required.Graduate level degree preferred.
- Experience working with Kyriba, SAP, investment reporting and database Warehouse reporting systems required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Knowledge of the energy/utility industry a plus while use and experience with the implementation of a Treasury Management System, specifically Kyriba preferred.
- Knowledge of information systems analysis, design, development and testing activities.
- Demonstrated ability to recognize, analyze, and resolve problem situations as effectively as possible.
- Strong knowledge of treasury management system analysis, design, development and testing activities.
- Strong analytical ability requiring a high-degree of attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration mindset with an ability to cultivate productive relationships with stakeholders, peers and teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical ability requiring a high-degree of attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications
