This is not an entry-level role, we’re looking for someone who can confidently diagnose issues, communicate with customers, and deliver high-quality results without constant supervision.

Pay & Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and troubleshoot irrigation system issues (valves, wiring, controllers, leaks, coverage problems, etc.)
- Perform repairs, upgrades, and system improvements
- Complete final walkthroughs with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Clearly explain issues, solutions, and recommendations to customers
- Manage your own jobs, materials, and time efficiently
- Track labor, materials, and job progress accurately
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with sprinkler and irrigation systems (repairs + installs)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field
- Good communication skills , must be able to speak clear, professional English
- Organized and accountable , able to manage schedule, materials, and job details
- Problem-solver mindset (not just a parts changer)
- Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude
Requirements
- Proven hands-on irrigation experience (service & repair preferred)
- Reliable transportation (you will travel job to job)
- Own tools required
- Dependable: shows up, communicates, and follows through
