Overview:
We are seeking a highly professional, driven, and results-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to take ownership of daily operations and financial management. This role is ideal for someone who is assertive, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a critical role in keeping the office running efficiently while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and collections
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and assist with forecasting
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Handle payroll processing and employee records (if applicable)
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Assertive, proactive mindset with a strong drive to achieve results
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in a small to mid-sized business environment

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
