Location: Kirkwood Manor
Job Description:
Kirkwood is seeking a talented and experienced hairdresser to join our team. As a hairdresser at Kirkwood, you will have the freedom to set your own hours (within reason) and determine your own pricing (within reason). A 10% chair fee is owed to Kirkwood Salon for the use of the salon space and amenities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of hairdressing services to clients, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Valid cosmetology license in [State]
- Proven experience as a hairdresser in a salon setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
