The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing various tasks to maintain and upkeep the physical condition of the campus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Snaking/fixing toilets
- Fixing leaks (includes finding leak, coming up with a game plan on how to fix it and following through till the end).
- Put together / move furniture as needed.
- occasional spackle/paint touchups.
- Fix or replace light fixtures.
- Diagnose and repair problems that may come up with appliances.
- basic knowledge in HVAC.
- basic knowledge in internet and tv.
Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Self driven.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be able to multi task.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and climb as needed.
- Must have car to be able to occasionally buy parts as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
