e're hiring Customer Service Representatives in Cleveland. The job is straightforward: customers call, email, and message us with questions and problems, and you're the one who sorts them out. Some are quick. Some take a little digging. Either way, the goal is that people hang up or close the chat better off than when they started.
You don't need a background in this. If you've worked retail, hospitality, a call center, or any job where you dealt with people all day, you already know most of what matters. We train you on the rest.
The day-to-day
- Taking inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers
- Working through complaints and issues until they're actually resolved, not just passed along
- Processing orders, returns, and account changes without errors
- Keeping customer records current in our CRM
- Escalating the genuinely complicated stuff to the right team
- Giving customers clear, accurate info about our products and services
What you'll need
- Some experience dealing with people, whether that's customer service, a call center, retail, hospitality, or an office. It helps, but it's not a dealbreaker.
- Clear communication, both on the phone and in writing
- A calm, patient phone manner, especially when someone's frustrated
- The ability to keep several things straight at once when it gets busy
- Comfort with basic computer work. CRM experience is a nice bonus.
- Reliability. You show up, you're on time, and your team can count on you.
- High school diploma or GED
